Perun beer

is an unpasteurized pale draft lager with alcohol content 4,3 % vol. To produce Perun, we employ so called cold brewing method - after standard triple brewing in brewhouse, we add a special fourth and fifth batch of cabbage hops. For this proces, we use the mid-early variety „červeňák“ from Žatec, that is added during a later stage of production while cold. Thus, our beer obtains more distinctive, however still deliciously bitter flavour and subtle hop aroma.
